• Paul Knights Hair Spa reserve the right to cancel any offer or promotion at any time.
• Management reserves the right to refuse any service at any time.
• Services may not be available at all times.

RECOMMEND A FRIEND

• 25% off applies to our full price services
• It is not valid for children’s haircuts.
• The recommended client is to use same stylist as the existing client.
• The new client must attend their appointment before the existing client can claim their 25% discount.
• A recommend a friend card needs to be presented to claim discount
• The new client must have had no previous visits to the salon with any stylist.

COLOUR TESTS

• We require all new clients to have skin sensitivity and strand tests 48 hours prior to any colour service. This quick 5-minute service can easily be done in your consultation or at your convenience.

YOUR PRIVACY (GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION)

• Here at Paul Knights Hair Spa we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to manage your appointment and to provide the products and services you have requested from us.
• We only keep contact details and your appointment date / time. We use this data to contact you regarding any changes to your appointment and for our daily schedules. We are happy to delete your contact details on request.
